At Mahraj Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-Day Return & Refund Policy under the following terms.

1. 15-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.

If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale promotions

  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable

7. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for eligible products in cases such as:

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy.
